Deactivate Account

For PC users:
- Sign in to Toomics.
- Click <Settings Menu [≡]> to see <Account Settings> and <Deactivate Account>
For Mobile Users:
- Sign in to Toomics
- Go to the menu icon on the right and choose [Account settings] and [Deactivate Account]
Please be aware that if you are a VIP Member on Toomics, you will have to cancel your membership first, in order to deactivate your account.
Reactivate Account

To reactivate your Toomics account, please contact us directly and let us know the account you would like to reactivate, we will proceed with the reactivation as soon as possible!
Delete Account
To delete your Toomics account please contact us directly and let us know the account you would like to delete.
Furthermore, we kindly ask you to confirm the following items in order for us to proceed with your Toomics account information removal request.
- Please note that it is necessary for your Toomics account to be deactivated before all your personal information is deleted. Do you agree to deactivate your Toomics account?
- Once your personal information is removed, Toomics cannot restore such information under any circumstances.
- All unused Coins that remain on your Toomics account will be removed accordingly.
- The access to all the chapters that you have purchased with Coins will also be removed accordingly.
- The VIP Membership tied to your Toomics account will be also removed accordingly even if it is not yet expired (And will not be refunded, unless you ask for it and you are eligible for a refund).
